Once we got up to the room/suite we wend down to the bar and had a drink. We had dinner reservations at 8pm so we had some time to kill. We got dressed and headed out for Plaza III steak house. It was very very good. Best steak ever. After dinner we walked around the Plaza and window shopped. They were setting up the streets for a festival that was going on that weekend.
Saturday we slept in until about 10:30 (let me tell you I have not slept in that long in years) It felt so good to sleep until I wanted to get up. We got dressed and headed into town for lunch and shopping. We walked around the shopping center and went into a few places. After that we decided to go to the casino. We went to Ameristar casino and had a blast. I lost a total of $5 the whole afternoon. It was so much fun and half the time I had no idea what I was doing. The machine just kept ringing at me so I knew I did something right. :) After the Casino we headed to Jasper's for dinner. Italian food is one of my favorites and It was so good. I bought a cook book from there (yes I know I don't cook but am learning) Scott and I walked around the car dealerships a little and I found my car (at the Mercedes store) OK so I was dreaming on the car I wanted. Then found the Scion XB that I really want it was more up my ally in price then the C Class I wanted.
We came home Sunday afternoon and boy was I ready to get home to my Hayden. When I got to mom and dad's house Hayden was singing in the pool and was happy to see me but wanted to be in the pool instead of get out and hug me. OH well he had a great time with MeMe and PaPa. This was a weekend I needed and could not have gone with better company. Scott and i had so much fun and are going again.
