My Hayden

Hayden is such a busy body that I have to keep new things coming his way. He is now into Dinosaurs. We went to Barns and Noble and he picked out a dinosaur book and animal. He loves loves loves it. Today Robin found 3 dinosaur books from when her boys were little to give to Hayden. She is always taking care of my baby. He is just going to love them when he gets home. I went to Target yesterday (love it) and was looking for some kind of tool set for Hayden. He is always trying to fix things and even went to get his screwbibber(Hayden cant get the D or V out) (screwdriver) and fix my knee the other day. He will tell me I'm going to get my screwbibber or hammer and I'll fix it. So at Target I found a Bob the Builder tool set. Its the whole deal. It comes with a screwdriver, hammer, nuts and bolts, flashlight with batteries, Drill with batteries and 3 drill bits, ruler and goggles just everything that Bob the Builder has. OH my its like he just hit the jackpot. He was so excited. He helped me put it together and played fixing everything in site for 45 min. It's nice to know that when I have something broken I can just call on Hayden and he will come running to fix it. LOL




Last weekend Scott decide to take Hayden and I to Pete's place in McAlester. Its a family restaurant and great Italian food. So we loaded up Saturday about 4 and headed out. Hayden had to have his sunglasses on since Scott had his on. Hayden was such a joy on the way down there. looking out the window and talking up a storm to us. When we got there he was so happy to get out of the car. We had our own private alcove so it was just the 3 of us. They bring everything family style and let me tell you don't eat anything if you are going. Its a lot of food and good too. So the spaghetti was Hayden's favorite and he just ate and ate and ate. He was cute trying to imitate Scott and I and twirl his Spaghetti with his fork. He tried but if his hands went to eat I was OK with it. We left and headed home about 7:45 and Hayden was out after 20 min in the car and slept the whole way home. Once we got home I put him to bed and he was out like a lite. He is such a great little boy.
