Two Weeks Down

It has been two weeks now since I took my new job and OMG!!! I am running around with my head cut off. It is stressful and non stop going and going and going but I will make it.

I have a team of 4 ladies who work for me. I am trying to rearrange the office and trying to make sure that our goals are met each month. They are not computerized either.

HOW CAN WE FUNCTION WITHOUT COMPUTERS!!!!

Ok so I created a few things on the computer so that we can function correctly and when I am asked for stats or a report I can pull it off the computer and not have to go back and hand write everything out.

I am trying to get pictures updated, the look of the Hotel ETC. This is a great job and I am blessed that I have it. Keep me in your prayers that I have the strength to go on.

On a better note:

Hayden is doing well. He is in daycare/preschool and loving it. He is growing like a weed. He is wearing 4/5 size clothes and is not even 4 yet. He is a cute and loves to talk, talk, talk. He comes up with some stories that he has worked hard to think about but are so cute. He read to Scott and I last night instead of us reading to him. It was so cute.

Scott and I are doing well. We have been looking at houses for us. With the tax credit and his discount with Ideal Homes we have been thinking about buying now and taking advantage of it. We agreed that we would not live together until we were at least engaged so that has to come fist then the house. I am excited to look for a house that we can live in together as a family and raise Hayden.
