2009 Review

The time has come to review what 2009 brought to me...

January: Hayden turned 3. Planned a party at Chuck E Cheese and the Ice storm hit so had to cancel. Rescheduled it and the Tornado went thru Chuck E Cheese so his party was at mom and dads and he was happy with that.

February: My sister got married!! Feb was a busy month with Denise Tribbey and Scott's birthday, Valentines day and my sister wedding. It was a beautiful wedding and am very happy that she and Cash are together.

March: OMG I turned 30!!! Went out with friends to cousins and had a wonderful time. Thanks to Cash, Trevor, Cory, Jennifer, Misty, Buddy, Jenny and Emily for celebrating my 30th birthday with me. Scott and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary as well on the 20th. March was a great month for me.

April: Things at work started to not look so good as our contract was up for renewal and we were all getting butterflies that it would not turn out well but still had hope that we would all have jobs come June. Mom and Leigh had birthdays as well. Big news Hayden got glasses. He did a great job adapting to them and was very happy for my big boy. Scott and I were League champs along with Gene and Rick. It was a great year bowling and so glad that Scott said he would join my team. Go TEAM JEGAR!!

May: VACATION..Scott and I went to Port Aransas for a week. It was the best week ever. We so needed a vacation. We played golf, layed on the beach and spent a day at the pool. I can speak for Scott when I say we would go back in a heart beat if we could. Hoping to have Buddy and Jenny come with us next year. May 11th we found out that we lost our Contract with OKCPS. That was the start of a hard months to come.

June: Started cleaning up and packing 10 years worth of information to send back to ARAMARK. June was not a great month knowing that I was going to be unemployed come June 30th.

July: Spent the 4th with the Tribbey's. Now that I am not working I took July to have a garage sale and do some work for my dad. Hayden helped with the garage sale prep and I made mega bucks thanks to my mom. Melanie thank you for your help on Friday and the coffee too. You are such a sweet heart. Mom I could not have pulled it off so well if it were not for you. Thanks to you and your effort. Lonzetta come over on Saturday of the Garage sale to help and we had a blast. I know her grandson got a great gift after she went shopping.

August: Starting to freak out because I need to find a job. I had been working temp jobs and that was all well and good but I wanted something permanent. Iapplied at my church and got the receptionist job (not what I wanted) but it was a job and I would take anything at this point. Then Jack Coleman called me and asked about the Dictionaries that I had worked on at OKCPS. We talked and mentioned I was unemployed, Jack asked to see me on August 20th and I started at the Biltmore Hotel on August 25th. So happy to have a job and a higher position then I had, had before.

September: Work was going well just meeting after meeting after meeting after meeting I was going nuts with meetings. Hayden was growing like a weed and talking more and more and more...Such a big boy.

October: Hayden carved his first pumpkin this year. He was so happy to help mommy... he also decorated 6 more that were on display at the house. He went as spiderman this year for Halloween and loved every min of it. We spent Halloween at the Tribbey's house in Oak Tree. Hayden was so cute going up to the houses and asking for candy. So polite as well. Will post pictures soon.

November:
Holidays starting. Thanksgiving was held at my parents in the morning for breakfast. Then off to the Tribbey's for dinner. It was a nice fun filled Thanksgiving and a good memorable one.

December: Hayden is sleeping in big boy under ware at night and only 1 accident in the last 3 weeks since we started this. I am so proud of him. He is growing up so fast. I can not believe that he will be 4 in a month...that is crazy before I know it I will be writing another post for 2010. Christmas this year is going to be a wonderful one. We are planning on church at 4 on Dec 24th, My parents at 6 for dinner and then to the Tribbey's for Christmas there. Christmas day mom and dad will come over to our house for Hayden and do gifts and then to their house for the rest. New Years we will be out with Buddy and Jenny again like last year. What a wonderful couple love them to death and look forward to another New Year with them.

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL MY READERS.
