Christmas/New Years

So it's here 2009! Wow never thought I would see this year come after last year. But its here and it's going to be the best year I can make it be. SO I have been off work for 2 weeks now and let me tell you I am ready to get back to work on MONDAY. I love being off don't get me wrong just time to get back to normal. ADULT GAME NIGHT!!!

Ok so I tried this adult night NO KIDS party at my house a few months ago and it was fun but its time to do it again. So I am inviting all of you to join us at my house on Saturday January 31st. Let me know if you are interested in coming. We had dinner and played games. Just a time for us parents to have a nice fun night out without the kidos. (if the kids come that is fine Hayden was here last time) Leave me a comment if you would like to join us and I will let you know what to bring. Bring what ever games you have. We played scatigories, guestures things like that. It was so much fun.

Scott- Thank you for the most wonderful Christmas ever. You mean the world to me and I could not have found a better person or friend like I have found in you. You make me complete and I cant wait until the day we are a true family. Thank you again for my wonderful beautiful gifts that I will cherish for the rest of my life. I love you baby Merry Christmas.


(I love writing poems and can say more of what I want to say in a poem then I can in person so I know this is cheesy for a blog but I had to let Scott know and the whole world know who I love and how happy I am)

Random

Ok so my vacation started and I am cleaning my house. ANYONE WANT TO HELP? Just kidding. I'm taking a break and thought I would post a few things that Hayden said the other day....Last week I was getting him ready for his school Christmas party on Friday..I was telling him he was going to see Santa...he stoped me and said but mommy I have already seen Santa twice...Ok were did that come from. I just laughed and said ok well you are going to see him again. He has fun and all he could talk about was how he saw Santa again. Children and Christmas.

Then last night I have an angel that I put in his room and told Hayden that he needed to be a good boy because this angel was one of Santa's helpers and that he was watching Hayden and would fly back to the North Pole and tell Santa if he had been a good boy or not. When it was time for bed Hayden turned the TV off and said good night angel tell Santa I'm a good boy. (tear) I then took the angel and moved it to the living room. This morning Hayden saw it in their and told me that it came back from the North Pole and that he was still a good boy. Thanks to my mom for this idea.

Thanks to everyone who helped with the babysitter issue. I appreciate it and now have 2 more names to add to my list. Thanks girls you all are a great help.

Need Help

Ok I'm reaching out to everyone to see if you can help me out with babysitters. I don't go out much. Scott and I do try to get out for a date night once a month at least if not more but we don't have any sitters.

I have my parents and his parents which are both great and help out as much as they can, then have Hayden's old school teacher Allison who watches him and is wonderful but that is about it.

Last night I had a sitter lined up so I could join Scott and his family for Lauren's (his sisters) birthday. Well 3 hours before I was to pick up the sitter she called and canceled on me. It would not have been a big deal if I didn't make dinner but would have been a downer on me since I was invited to a special dinner with his family. SO I got on the phone and called everyone I could think of and NO ONE called me back. (ok so that hurt) I know its the time of year that a lot is going on and I understand those who could not do it last night because of Christmas parties. I called Scott's friend Buddy and Jenny thinking she is a mom with two kids she should know someone. well Buddy and Jen came to my rescue and watched Hayden for us last night so we could go out. Thanks a bunch guys I appreciate it more then you will ever know.

Then My work party is tonight and again my sitter bailed (not ever calling her again) so here I am without a sitter and my own work Christmas party. Thank the LORD I have a wonderful boss who understands and said that Hayden could come with us. Thanks Gary. SO for tonight I am covered.

What I need is more people that you trust that love to babysit and could give me a few names and numbers. Like I said we don't go out a whole lot but when we do we don't have a sitter or they bail on us.

Meaning of Christmas

I'M OUT OF HERE!!!!!

I am outta here!!! I have a Christmas party tomorrow that I will be doing at work then when its over head to Hayden's school party. It will be a day of Christmas parties and fun times.....
