Ok I'm reaching out to everyone to see if you can help me out with babysitters. I don't go out much. Scott and I do try to get out for a date night once a month at least if not more but we don't have any sitters.
I have my parents and his parents which are both great and help out as much as they can, then have Hayden's old school teacher Allison who watches him and is wonderful but that is about it.
Last night I had a sitter lined up so I could join Scott and his family for Lauren's (his sisters) birthday. Well 3 hours before I was to pick up the sitter she called and canceled on me. It would not have been a big deal if I didn't make dinner but would have been a downer on me since I was invited to a special dinner with his family. SO I got on the phone and called everyone I could think of and NO ONE called me back. (ok so that hurt) I know its the time of year that a lot is going on and I understand those who could not do it last night because of Christmas parties. I called Scott's friend Buddy and Jenny thinking she is a mom with two kids she should know someone. well Buddy and Jen came to my rescue and watched Hayden for us last night so we could go out. Thanks a bunch guys I appreciate it more then you will ever know.
Then My work party is tonight and again my sitter bailed (not ever calling her again) so here I am without a sitter and my own work Christmas party. Thank the LORD I have a wonderful boss who understands and said that Hayden could come with us. Thanks Gary. SO for tonight I am covered.
What I need is more people that you trust that love to babysit and could give me a few names and numbers. Like I said we don't go out a whole lot but when we do we don't have a sitter or they bail on us.

have you looked through your church youth group maybe there is someone - i can ask my mom for you over the weekend and see if she knows anyone from st. eugenes or something.

Now I feel like total dog sh*%!! I can't believe I forgot to call you back...I didn't get your message until like 9pm, but I still should have remembered to call. I don't use anyone except for our parents to babysit, so I would have been absolutely no help at all. We have been in that bind before and it sucks not to have anyone to go to when you need one!!
Kelly- Don't fell bad I figured you all were working. It's not a big deal. I appreciate it. It does suck but it all works out. If you need a sitter besides family I have two wonderful gilrs that would love to sit. They both have had background checks one works at my church and the other is Allison form Hayden's old school so with that I trust them. We need to do lunch or something soon. Miss you girl.
