OMG!!!

I AM THE WEDDING COORDINATOR AT MY CHURCH!!!!!!!!!

OK so I helped with a wedding back in June because the wedding coordinator (Loise) was out of town. I enjoyed and it and pulled it off with nothing wrong or late or messing up. It was perfect. The rule at my church is if the bride has 5 or more bridesmaids, or 200 + guest then there has to be 2 wedding coordinators so that is also how I got the gig in June. Well Robin the Secretary at the Church helped me with it and said that she hates doing them but understands when she has to. So she let me do most of it and she was like my side kick.

About a little over a month ago Robin told me that she had put my name in the hopper to be the wedding coordinator at Chapel Hill because Loise was resigning. I told her I was honored that she thought of me. Well I GOT IT!!!!! I found out last wed night they had just voted. I am so excited!!!

I have been trying to get my side job off the ground and running and this will really help. Also Robin at the church knew about my side company and she offered my name to a lady who wants to have her mothers 90Th birthday party at the church. I was called and she booked me for that party as well. So word of mouth is taking it off and running.

This past Saturday I was at OCU for my friends baby shower and Mom Mary said to bring my cards to her and she would pass them out. If I do parties and gatherings for OCU then I would be set. I am so excited.
