Hayden and Jesus

Yesterday at Church Hayden said he had to go find Jesus before Sunday school. So we took off down the hall. We passed about two pictures of Jesus here is how the conversation went.
Me: Hayden is that Jesus
Hayden: yes that is him but no its not the right one
(we meet up with my dad in the hallway and head to the sanctuary)
Hayden: (looking in the window) Jesus is not here
Me: Come in here Hayden and look at this.
(big stain glass picture of Jesus)
Dad: look Hayden Jesus is right there
Hayden: Why did you put him in there
Laughs
Dad: Jesus is there with his hands open to give you a hug
Hayden: (puts his candy down so his hands are free) This is what Jesus is doing like this so he can hug everyone that comes in here
Me: That's right Hayden
Hayden: Jesus is my best friend and I lobe him.

We go back down the hall to his Sunday school class and who do we see Robert Rose (our pastor)
Hayden: Mommy mommy look Jesus is right there. (pointing to Robert)
I just had to laugh..
Me: No Hayden that is Robert our minister
Hayden: No mom that is Jesus and he is here that is why he is not in the big area (sanctuary)

He made my Sunday. He is so cute and I wish I could carry a tape recorder every where I go so I can capture all the things he says.
