1. I have the best sitter in the world. Saturday was my sisters shower and I had Kathleen come and watch Hayden. I have known Kathleen since she was 2 and is now 14. Hayden just loves Kathleen to death. I get home from the shower and she is cleaning the dishes. Now I do hope and expect my sitters to wash the things they use or at least rinse them off but she got after everything in my Kitchen. The stove, Microwave and silverware holder. she also said she would come over on Monday (ML King day) and clean what ever else I needed to get done so I could sleep or run errands etc. (Hayden was in school) I just love Kathleen and she is so caring, loving and thoughtful. My best sitter!
2. My sisters Shower was this past Saturday and it has hit me that she is getting married. We talked about it for the last year but now that its a month away and we had a shower for her it's hit home. It was a nice Tea Party at the country club with a lot of my Parents and Cash's parents friends. She has another shower on the 7th. that Kelly Knol and Lauren Manis are hosting for her. (what great friends we have) Never thought I would say Kelly is a friend of my sister because growing up well Kelly was my friend and we didn't do much with Leigh. Strange how things change over the years as we get older and not think so much that she is my baby sister. I am happy that my friends are my sisters friends. Makes time together so much fun.
3. I am going to my first OU basketball game tonight with Scott. I said something in conversation that I had never been to one so he got us tickets and we are going tonight. (honestly I have never been because I'm not that much into basketball like I am football) But I'm excited to go and cant wait. It will be a lot of fun.
4. My son came home yesterday and was talking about Dr. Martin Luther King and Obama. When asking him who the president was he said Dr. martin Luther King. I just laughed and then asked well who is that (pointing to the picture of Obama) Hayden said that's some dead man that died a long time ago. LMAO I could not help it. I tried to explain that it was the other way around but its not registering with him. But for a 3 year old and to remember something like that is great what a smart kid.
5. Hayden's 3rd birthday is Monday the 26th!! MY GOSH its been 3 years and my baby is growing up so fast. Since its on a Monday he will have cupcakes at school and then off to Chuck E Cheese that night with family and friends to play and get tired so we can come home and go to bed! Yea right I can only wish cant I. When asking Hayden what kind of cake he wanted he said "spiderwarssponge cake" WHAT??? That is Spiderman, Star Wars and Sponge bob all together. SO I played it off a bit and asked him again today what he wanted and he wanted a "spider wars cake" so I decided that his cupcakes at school would be star wars and his cake at night would be spider man or visa verse what ever... that way he gets both of what he wants and we are all happy.

He was a BIG baby.9lbs 6oz 21 Inches long with a 17 1/2 cent. head!!! Can we say thank GOD for C-Sections!!!
